Madea speaks truth: Jesus Said Peace is STEEL
What’s a girl to do when friends let you down, and bitterness sets in?
I don’t know a woman alive (or at least in my circle) that hasn’t struggled with this question. And when people or institutions fail us, why is it always at a time when we need them most?
It’s not always easy to find people with whom you can depend. After reading countless books, blogs, praying and confessing, it all boils down to this:
When your business is really doing well and you need someone to share it with. When you’re looking for a shoulder to cry on and no one came through. When promises made were broken. When you’re looking for someone to watch ALL 5 kids and you can’t find a single soul. I completely understand all the anger, bitterness and disappointment you feel – BUT is it OK to have those feelings?
But when you’re tired of feeling that way, when you’ve had enough and don’t know where to turn, I offer words (my little way of making you laugh, cry, and think) from Mr. Tyler Perry. Take some time to listen to Madea’s take on relationships, life and love. And when the dark clouds start gathering, prepare yourself with these funny little life lessons from Madea on letting go (0:25), marriage (1:25), friendship (1:50), forgiveness (3:10), loneliness (4:05), finding peace (4:55):
And for those of you cocktail moms with a sense of humor, listen to Madea Preaching Pentecostal style! Jesus said… Peace is STEEL

Hi,
That was great, I never new Madeus. I am going to take what she said and use it. Great advice. And Peace is Steel. It works.
Thanks,
Danie
OH MY GOODNESS! I HAVE NOT LAUGHED THIS HARD IN SOOOOO LONG!
I LOVE Madea. She is not stupid she is hysterically funny and right!
Oh my…do I love the movie!!! “I ain’t afraid of no PO-PO!”
Ok…in all seriousness – I have been what Madea talks about in regards to relationships. Wow…could she have been any more on the money!
I sent this link to a friend going through a similar situation of “not being alone” and Madea says exactly what I’ve been saying to her all along!
If only it was legal and morally correct to use the Peace is STEEL method? WOO HOO! SOOOOOOO much could be fixed!
Oh and about peace in the grave & at home and if there is no peace to be found at home something is wrong…there is definitely something wrong and don’t I know it!
Oh Madea – if only I could have you over for coffee girl.
That part about people only meant to be in your life for a season because there is something for us to learn, but we fall in love and get married and find out all the stuff we didn’t wait to find out about…uh…yeah.
Oh my goodness, I can’t stop laughing and I think now I need a good hearty cry!!
[...] you go. So today I wanted to have a virtual cocktail with you after getting over our issues about when friends let us down and the crazy battle over my holiday foot fetish [...]
Thanks for this post, Madea is one of my favorite shows to watch. Although I feel that some of the movies that he has in the theaters he is pushing them out too fast so the quality like the stage play is so far apart. With that all said….I still watch all of his shows good and bad…because their is always a funny moment, a tearful moment and still some more funny moments. Madea is just plain funny. Dont forget about his sitcom on TBS, “Tyler Perry House of Paynes, on every Wednesday night.”
I just loved these clips but I must admit that the show???? not a fan. Its not funny and to me it really is a Payne to watch. hee hee
Tyler Perry though, well that’s another story. I just love him and see, when is HE going to get married?
Hey,
I showed Jeff and we laughed so hard we were crying. I watched more of his videos too. Really funny.
Take Care,
Danie
