Happy Hour at The Cocktail Cafe’s Moms Night In
Another week gone by and a wonderful song for Happy Hour at The Cocktail Cafe’s Moms Night In. This week’s song comes to you straight from my iPod. When I need a little ME TIME, this song makes me “Just Dance” by Lady Gaga (WARNING… this song gets addictive). And cheers to a cocktail favorite and crowd pleaser for any ocassion. When the girls get together at your house for a hang, book club, movie night, or just playful gossip, let the good times roll by keeping the beverages flowing.
Strap on your stilettos ladies, the bar is OPEN!
White Strawberry Sangria
1 (750ml) bottle of dry white wine (Pinot Grigio, for example)
1/2 cup strawberry schnapps
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries (mango and pineapples are good too)
Ice
Whole strawberries
In a 2-quart pitcher stir together wine, stawberry schnapps, and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add sliced strawberries and chill for 1-4 hours. Serve over ice. Garnish with whole strawberries.
