Britney Spears and I Share the Same Birthday

But other than that, we have absolutely nothing in common… I swear.
Britney Spears AKA: Britney Jean Spears celebrated her birthday on December 2, and so did I. She turned 27 Birthdate:12/02/1981), and yes, I turned 30 (Birthdate:12/02/you do the math). Although we share the same birthday every year, we are so very different. After watching her reality show on MTV this week for a brief minute before falling asleep, I realized that fame makes us forgetful when it comes to being absolutely crazy and somewhat thankless for the gifts that we’ve been blessed with.
Britney spears and her crazy, public (on purpose if you ask me) acts of child endangerment, lewd and rude behavior and sinfully dreadful fashion choices (you know I had to add that right?) have driven me to drink and curse at the television, more than usual. So let me take on a trip down memory lane:
- We all remember when she lost custody of little Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, to Mr. Federline right?
- And who could forget when Judge Gordon said Ms Spears showed ‘a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol‘. He also ordered Ms Spears to complete a parenting class.
- Ms Spears was charged with hit-and-run and driving without a valid license and attacked a paparazzi car with her umbrella.
- Ms Spears was then dropped by her management firm, and her recent performance at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards was an absolute disaster.
- AND last but certainly not least, in February she was admitted to a rehabilitation clinic after being photographed shaving her head. She was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder (yah think). Check out some of Britney Spears pictures below:
But the worst part to me was:
Britney recently spoke about her marriage to Kevin: “I think I married for the wrong reasons. Instead of following my heart and doing something that made me really happy, I just did it for the idea of everything.” Source: Emmet Sullivan. “Britney got Married ‘For the Wrong Reasons’.” People.com. 11/19/08. Could have fooled me Britney! You know that after you “Stole” him from Star you didn’t know what to do with him (you were so inlove) and came out with that horrible UPN reality show following the two of you and ‘your love‘ for all the world to see. K, so gimme a break will yah?
Britney Spears releases Circus & Announces the Tour
She celebrated by releasing her new album, Circus, announcing a world tour and performing on Good Morning America. This is her first U.S. performance since the great VMA debacle of ‘07. I am actually impressed with the makeover, weighloss, and performance. I also love Britney Spears Womanizer (one for the iPod 4 sure). Here’s a glimpse of Britney Spears video performance below:
